Creative Expression
Feeling stuck or stagnant in your therapy? Creative expression can help. No experience or talent is necessary. All that is required is a sense of curiosity and willingness. I will provide all of the necessary materials for neurographic art, drawing, tempera painting, or collage, along with prompts as needed to inspire your creative mind.
Creative Expression sessions can assist you with:

- Problem Solving
- Present Moment Awareness
- Relaxation
- Self Discovery

I am not a Board Certified Art Therapist, and I do not interpret or therapeutically process your artwork with you.
You are welcome to take your work back to your therapist to talk about it from that perspective.

Rates for 60 minute Creative Expression Sessions:
Community: for people with limited resources: $90
Standard: for people with adequate resources: $125
Supporting: for people with enough resources to pay it forward: $150
