My yoga classes are weight-neutral brave spaces for people of all shapes, sizes, genders, and abilities.
If you have any questions or requests for upcoming classes, please contact me via phone or text at least 2 hours before the start of class. Please sign up for classes using the link to the studio that is hosting them.

Yoga For All Sizes: Sundays at 12 Noon via Vista Yoga (virtual via Zoom and in person)
This class is for anyone who has ever felt they aren't the right size to do yoga. Every week is different, with a variety of themes and forms. Please bring your own props to in person classes (folding chairs available at the studio).

Requested Props For All Classes:
- Your favorite yoga mat
- 1 bolster or cushion (a sofa cushion can work here)
- 2 yoga blocks (I prefer 4" striped foam blocks)
- 2 firm blankets (I recommend striped traditional Mexican blankets)
- 1 chair without arms (a folding chair works just fine)
