Individual Yoga Therapy Sessions
Individual yoga therapy sessions are available most weekdays between 11 am and 7 pm and Saturdays by request. During the pandemic, all sessions will be offered via Zoom. Depending on the work we are doing together, sessions may last 30-50 minutes. Rates for sessions are prorated for shorter or longer times:
Community: for people with limited resources: $90
Standard: for people with adequate resources: $125
Supporting: for people with enough resources to pay it forward: $150

- Trauma Sensitive Yoga
- Relieving stress, anxiety, and/or depression
- Releasing chronic muscle tension
- Befriending your body through gentle movement
- Beginning or returning to a yoga practice
- Setting up and sticking with a home practice
- Adapting yoga practices for specific medical conditions
Yoga Therapy is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. I am not providing any health care, medical or psychiatric services, or attempting to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional disease or condition. I will always exercise my best efforts, skills, and care. If an issue is beyond my scope of practice, I will refer you to the appropriate professionals.
