Meditation
Meditation is the practice of listening to your body and becoming present to what is.
The goal is not to 'wipe your mind clean'. Instead, we practice being in the moment and accepting ourselves just as we are. There are many ways to meditate - it's not just sitting cross legged and chanting "ommmmmmm" (even though the photo below shows someone doing that!).
